Meet Allison
Allison Davis is the owner of Resumes Plus Professional Services located in Shavertown, Pennsylvania. Her passion is helping people to achieve their career goals. Allison specializes in writing powerful resumes that distinguish you from your competition, LinkedIn profiles that grab the attention of hiring decision makers, and Career Coaching to fit your every need whether making a drastic career change, moving up the ladder, job searching or prepping for an interview.
Allison’s resume writing career started more than 20 years ago. She earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC). In addition, she holds a Professional in Human Resources designation from HRCI and is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Allison has held HR leadership roles in several large corporate companies. Having an in-depth knowledge of the business world and a unique “behind the scenes” perspective of the hiring process allows Allison to share critical insights with clients not available to many. “I’ve read thousands of resumes and interviewed and hired literally hundreds of employees”.
Throughout Allison’s career she has coached hundreds of employees on their careers, their leadership abilities, their resumes, their interviewing skills, and the challenges they’ve faced on the job.
Meet Molly
Molly Riley joined Resumes Plus Professional Services in 2019. Molly has over 7 years of full-time work experience in the Human Resources field with a primary focus on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding as well as providing human resources support during acquisitions and restructurings.
Molly is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with degrees in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources designation from HRCI, a Human Resources Project Manager designation from the American Academy of Project Management and is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
